These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AllPlannedmobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by AllPlanned("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

AllPlanned is an AI-powered life planning application that provides habit tracking, smart scheduling, meal planning, exercise planning, sleep optimization, meeting preparation, and daily briefings. The Service integrates with third-party tools including Google Calendar, Outlook, Gmail, Outlook Mail, Zoom, and Google Meet to provide a unified productivity and wellness experience.

Account Obligations

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

AI Disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated suggestions and recommendations for informational and organizational purposes only.

  • AI coaching, meal plans, and exercise plans are not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health practices
  • Sleep optimization suggestions are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation of sleep disorders
  • Meeting prep and daily briefs are generated from available data and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Always verify important information independently
  • AI responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment when acting on AI-generated content

Third-Party Integration Terms

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoom. Your use of these integrations is subject to the following:

  • You must have valid accounts with the respective third-party services
  • You authorize AllPlanned to access your data from these services within the scope of the permissions you grant
  • You remain subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of each third-party service
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services
  • You may revoke third-party access at any time through your account settings or through the third-party service's settings

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the intellectual property of AllPlanned and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service (such as habits, notes, and logs). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access your account
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllPlanned shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, extended periods of inactivity, or discontinuation of the Service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
